Using modern analytical techniques (AEDA, GC-HRMS, MS-Sniffing, GC-FTIR, GC-AED) we can analyse nature’s secrets. A team of scientists research the most important sensory characteristics of natural products from all over the world. Their findings are applied and used for the continual improvement of our products – to give them a certain “je ne sais quoi”. The most exact knowledge of different foods, natural products and raw materials are necessary to fulfil this objective.
The rapid increase in the demand for natural flavours means that the analysis of raw materials to determine their natural status is becoming more and more important. Silesia has been working on this technology for several years (determination of isotope ratio by IRMS) and has far-reaching and wide experience in this technology.
