Established in Düsseldorf as a specialist for high-quality liquors

1942

Following the destruction of the factory in the Second World War Gerhard Hanke took over the position of Managing Director from his brother-in-law and moved the business to Chemnitz

1949

Return to Düsseldorf and reconstruction

1964

Gerd G. Hanke, the son of Gerhard Hanke, becomes Managing Director

1966

Move to Neuss

1995

Beginning of the formation of a European and Worldwide network of subsidiary companies

Established Silesia Flavors Inc USA

Clemens Hanke takes over responsibility as the 4th generation managing director

1998

New production facilities for powder and granulates in Kalkar, Germany

Established Silesia Flavours South East Asia Pte. Ltd.

Established Silesia Flavours China Co. Ltd.

Expansion of Silesia China with a Centre of Excellence and Production.
