We are looking for a Corporate Sustainability Manager (m/f(d).
Dabei brauchen wir Ihre Unterstützung
• Development and implementation of strategies, programs and measures aiming at the environmental, social and economic sustainability of the company (closely aligned with top management)
• Assessing and analysing the company’s environmental im-pact and regular reviews of the materiality assessments
• Ensuring compliance with sustainability regulations and exter-nal requirements (esp. customers)
• Identifying opportunities to (further) reduce the environmental impact across different org. units e. g. alternative packaging materials
• Regularly assesses chances for cost reductions by imple-menting specific sustainability related measures
• Staying up-to-date with evolving sustainability regulations, trends and best practices – between others through memberships in industrial associations
• Communication of the company’s sustainability program pro-moting a culture of sustainability throughout the company
• Central point of contact internal for sustainability related mat-ters
• Program management: collaboration with corresponding stakeholders (internal and external) to agree on concrete tar-gets based on the ESRS reporting requirements, to create and maintain (external and internal) sustainability initiatives, to monitor progress and report on program status
• Management of audits
Damit überzeugen Sie uns
• Proven cross-functional Project Management Leadership skills in the field of ESG
• Well-experienced in leadership roles
• Proven Sustainability and preferably CSRD expertise
• Alternatively sound knowledge and experience in more than one of the following management systems:
- QM/QC, Energy management, SHE management, or risk management systems with the ability and willingness to complement these with required Sustainability and CSRD expertise to be obtained in an agreed upon timeframe
• Experience in development and implementation of KPI systems
• Experience with stakeholder management and change management
• Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
• Good communication skills
