Review of the FIA Jakarta 2018

For the 2nd time Silesia Flavours South East Asia participated at the Food Ingredients Asia, Jakarta (Indonesia).

More than 350 visitors (80% local and 20% overseas visitors mainly from China, PH, MM, MY, SG, S. Korea, Europe and USA), including 150 customers - an impressive increase of 44% - joined us/ dropped by…. for tasting our trendy flavor concepts.

Our 2018 gourmet menu included the following concepts:

Ginger’s Pear-adise
Ginger& Pear and Cucumber, hot and cold, refreshing and warming and so healthy!

Welcome Thai Green Curry! A perfect blend of coconut milk, chilli, spices, chicken and Kaffir lime leaf on chips

Welcome Japanese Curry!! One of the most popular dishes in Japan. Mainly serves as curry rice, curry udon and curry pastry. Cross over! We serve it on chips. Fruity, meaty, mild with a mix of authentic spices

Mango Blast
Arum Manis is No1 Mango in Indonesia... with a hint of creamy cooling sensation in our soft chewies

Fairy Berry
Make a wish… and a very berry yoghurt drink transforms into a soft and chewy foam

Coco Island
Our signature and a big trend in Indonesia 2018: coffee with coconut! A fresh roasted coffee in balance with milky creamy coconut….holiday!

We are looking back on a successful trade fair with many good conversations, new contacts and great feedback on our booth and tasting menu.
